We are a small family business, set up 15 years ago and purely involved with students. The owners are Cilla and George Mayne, whose sons went to Nottingham and Southampton Universities and who helped them set up the business with first hand knowledge of what students are really looking for.

The houses range from 5 to 6 to 7 bedrooms in the popular areas of Portswood, Highfield, Swaythling and Polygon; every house has a separate living room and two bathrooms. They are regularly maintained, redecorated and re-carpeted when required, and are certainly some of the best student houses in the area. We were the first in the field in Southampton, some three years ago, to network all the study bedrooms so that everyone could be on the internet at the same time; today all our study bedrooms have hard wired internet conections.
